We can recover your account only if you have an email address set during registration, or after through your XMPP/Jabber client. An email must be submitted to us from the email on the account requesting recovery. We ask that you provide the username (example: user@xmpp.is) of your account in the email you send. Unfortunately there is no other way to recover your account, so please keep your password safe and ensure you have an email set.
